Cooking Steps
- 1Preheat your oven to 325°F. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with coconut oil; set aside.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until well combined.
- 3Add in the almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix just until the batter is fully combined—don’t overmix. Fold in chocolate chips or other add-ins if desired.
- 4Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 5Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
